The Lurie Center for Autism invites you to join Ann Neumeyer, MD and Evan Bordt, PhD of the Lurie Center for Autism, and Jun Huh, PhD of Harvard Medical School’s Department of Immunology, for a presentation and discussion on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and the fascinating potential association between fever and behavior. Topics covered will include how fever may temporarily improve certain symptoms in individuals with ASD, potential underlying mechanisms, and an overview of the latest research in this area. Dr. Neumeyer and Dr. Bordt will also discuss implications for future studies and treatments. Time will be left for questions and open dialogue.
